Please be patient as Mild Bill's, along with many of our downtown residents and businesses, work through the damage that was suffered after last night's storm.  Our power is back on, but it has been intermittent.  We will endeavor to get all orders out today and tomorrow.  If you are unable to get through via telephone, feel free to email the store via kelly@mildbills.com or through our FB page.  Our internet is up and running right now, but it has been spotty and I expect there to be interruptions throughout the day. Thank you to our customers and friends who have checked on us and we appreciate your kind words and prayers.  We our very lucky - our building did not suffer any damage but that is not the case around us.  Please say a few extra prayers for those in downtown Ennis who have suffered damage and complete loss of their businesses.  Thank you again for your support and understanding.

Mild Bill's will be closed Thursday April 25th and Friday April 26th while we attend Larry Joe Taylor Music Festival.  All orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return Monday April 29th.  Thanks!

April 17, 2013 -

Mild Bill's will be closed Thursday and Friday, April 18th and 19th while we attend Texas Ladies State Chili Cook Off in Seguin, Texas.  All orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped upon our return, Monday April 22nd.

Mild Bill's will also be closed Thursday and Friday, April 26th and 27th while we are at Larry Joe Taylor's Texas Music Festival and Chili Cook Off in Stephenville, Texas.  All orders placed in our absence will be processed and shipped when we reopen on Monday, April 30th.

Mild Bill's now carries Casa Fiesta Pinto Beans!  $1 per can and 10 cents from the sale of each can will be donated back to CASI.  Don't forget to save your Mild Bill's receipts and turn them into Nancy Hewlett, CASI Scholarship Program Administrator, so that she can forward them to Bruce Foods so that they can make their donation to the scholarship fund as well.  Thank you for your support and keep it spicy!

In order to better serve our customers, Mild Bills will occasionally suspend store hours and shipping so that we can personally offer our products to our customers directly at cook-offs. We use our homepage to communicate this important information to our customers, such as store closings, hours of operation, etc. that is not visible on the mobile site. ConAgra has not discontinued Gebhardts, but has begun to phase out certain packaging options that were previously available.  The 3 oz bottles are still available through Mild Bill's as well as San Antonio Original (Gebhardts in our package with our label).  Mild Bill's has the capability of meeting the minimum order required by ConAgra, so rest assured you will still be able to buy Gebhardts in any quantity through Mild Bill's.  Remember, all of our spices are kept in a humidity controlled walk in cooler and are not packaged unitl they are sold.  While you may be able to purchase Gebhardts, as well as other spices, through other spice companies or even the grocery store, only Mild Bill's can offer the highest quality spices with the best prices and best service.  Thank you for your business and we appreciate all of our customers all over the country!
