Mild Bill's would like to take this opportunity to let our customers know that we are committed to providing the best service and products to our customers.  We cannot control the information that others release on their websites, the internet or through emails.  We can only stand by our products and service and know that we are committed to our customers.  Mild Bill's has not and will not deceive any one by selling a false or misrepresented product.  We do not believe in engaging others in a war of words over the internet.  We will not be bullied into revealing proprietary or confidential, trade specific information crucial to our business growth and success.  We bought Mild Bill's from Bill and Tamara Dees with the promise that we would continue to provide great products to it's valuable customers.  We have worked to continue what they started as well as bring new products and features to Mild Bill's.  We are proud of what we have accomplished through hard work and an honest work and business ethic.  We appreciate the support of our customers and friends.  The business world is competitive and we know that our customers have a choice as to where they buy their products.  Speaking ill of other businesses, accusing others of misrepresenting themselves or the facts (when we have no knowledge of the inner workings of their business) and slamming others in hopes of bettering our own circumstances is not how we choose to do business.  It is unfortunate that some choose this path to try and undermine what others are doing.  We know where our products come from and we do not have to bow to the demands of any competitors who want to see where, when and how we obtained our products.

We want our customers to know that we are a thriving, financially sound company run by two people who love the chili world and providing spices to our customers world wide.  Not knowing what she wanted to be when she grew up, The Spice Mistress finally found her calling and loves the time she spends talking to customers, filling orders and creating new products.  Mild Bill's is a labor of love for us and we will not allow it to be tarnished by the uncontrollable comments of those who think they know the ins and outs of our business.  We have been providing spices to people who love to cook chili for their friends and family, restaurants, BBQ cooks and TICC, ICS and Tolbert Champions for the past 10 years and we will continue to do so the same way we always have - with personal service and the best chili powders you can find.

Thank you and as always, Keep it Spicy!
