Mild Bill's Spice Co., Inc.

2 Cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup softened butter
1 Cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Pacific Beauty Paprika
4 oz. Mild Bill's Jalapeno Jelly

Mix cheese and butter until well blended
Mix in flour, salt and Paprika until dough forms a ball
Chill for 30 minutes
Roll dough into 24 1 inch balls and place in tart pan.
Gently press thumb into each ball
Put 1/2 tsp. Jalapeno Jelly on to each tart.

Bake at 400 F. for about 10 minutes or until tartlets just begin to turn
golden brown

Allow tartlets to cool sufficiently as the jelly remains very hot.
